I have no idea why this story came to me. I'm not a journalist. I'm a poet and musician.

I do know that I have never met a more honest soul than Ron Russell.

I met Ron Russell in 1999. I have been helping him with his autobiography ever since. This has been no small task, I assure you. The enormity of the events in Ron's life cannot be overstated. That makes the task of researching and documenting his extraordinary life all the more difficult. Add to that the fact that most of the witnesses don't want the true story to come out. In many cases they have taken elaborate steps to conceal and supress the truth.

Progress on the book has been slow but steady. We will not give up. We will not be detered by threats or continued attempts at intimidation. The truth will be told! For this is The Greatest Story Never Told... until now.
